What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. All sales are final.
How does the pre-order process work?
Preorders are items that are purchased ahead of time before it is released. This means you will receive your item ahead of time and at a price lower than our retail price.
1. Pre-order timeframe is listed in the product description.
2. Order the items you'd like to purchase.
3. After the pre-order date, we order these hoodies/tees.
4. It takes about 1-2 weeks for our printers to complete the orders.
5. We ship your order and you will receive your gear.
6. Your time and patience is appreciated.
