DRMN BG™ Return Policy

When you opt in for Redo Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchanges at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you may still exchange or return items for store credit, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Returns / exchanges are accepted 7 days after the date of delivery as marked by the carrier of the package.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Clearance items or items marked "all sales final" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • If items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return.
  • Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact the shipping carrier and refer to your tracking number. DRMN BG™ is not responsible for the re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your order is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with the carrier for missing mail using this link and they will take care of you. If your package was undeliverable and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.

EXCEPTIONS

Some items may not be eligible for returns. This includes returns outside of the 7-day window (as mentioned above), items on sale or clearance, and any item not in re-stock eligible condition. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable. Specialty items such as mystery bags are also non-returnable.
