Behind the Scenes at DRMN BG™: A Personal Update and What’s Next

Dear DRMN BG™ Community,

Running a small business is one of the most rewarding yet challenging journeys I’ve ever embarked on. You, the community that believes in the vision of DRMN BG™, are the driving force behind everything I do. Today, I want to share a personal update with you about where we are, the changes happening behind the scenes, and what it means for you as a valued customer.

A Life-Changing Moment

Recently, my wife and I welcomed the birth of our first child—a beautiful and life-changing moment for our family. As you can imagine, it’s been an exciting (and sleepless!) transition into parenthood. Balancing the demands of running a business, fulfilling orders, and embracing this new chapter of life has been both a joy and a challenge.

Order Fulfillment Update

For those of you who may not know, DRMN BG™ is a one-man operation. I personally design, produce, and fulfill nearly every order myself. For years, this made-to-order approach has allowed me to reduce waste and ensure every product is made with care and attention to detail.

Order production and fulfillment are currently ongoing, but there are some changes I’d like to share:

  • SREMAERD and Savvy Products: Many of these crewnecks and hoodies are being handled by a trusted screen printer to speed up production.
  • Smile Products: Most Smile items are still being made in-house. However, these will eventually transition to outside production to ensure faster turnaround times in the future.

Typically, production takes 5-10 business days, but the combination of increased demand and this new chapter in my life has made it difficult to keep up with my usual timelines. To better serve you, I’ve outsourced a bulk of production while continuing to fulfill other orders myself.

What to Expect Next

Here’s what you can expect moving forward:

  • Shipping Timelines: Many orders are set to ship the week of December 12, and I’m working hard to fulfill others as quickly as possible.
  • Future Turnaround Times: As part of this transition, I’m moving toward carrying inventory, which will allow for future orders to ship within 1-3 days instead of weeks.
  • A Commitment to Quality: Whether in-house or through our trusted partners, every product will meet the same high standards that you expect from DRMN BG™.

The Challenges of Growth

With growth comes growing pains. Recently, I’ve been overwhelmed with messages from customers inquiring about their orders. While I always strive to provide timely responses, balancing production, customer service, and family life has been a challenge.

I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. Your support doesn’t just power this brand—it supports my family and our dream of creating something meaningful.

How do I go about getting an order status update?
