Where’s My Order?
Q: Why does it take a little longer to get my order?
A: Because it’s not sitting in a warehouse — it’s being dreamed up, dyed, pressed, and packaged by me in real time. Every piece is made to order. Think of it less like Amazon Prime and more like ordering a painting from an artist. Creativity takes time (and sometimes a little bleach).
Q: Who’s making my stuff?
A: Most items are made by me — just one guy with a heat press, some dye, some bleach, and a whole lot of imagination. Some designs, though, are printed on demand by trusted printing partners who help bring certain pieces to life. Either way, every order is made just for you, not mass-produced.
Q: How long does it usually take?
A: Orders I make by hand usually take 2–3 weeks, sometimes sooner, sometimes a little longer depending on life. Print-on-demand items can often ship faster, but it varies. Trust me — whether it’s handmade or printed, it’s worth the wait.
Q: What if I need it by a certain date?
A: You can always request a specific date (birthday, holiday, special occasion, etc.), and I’ll do my best to make it happen. But there are no guarantees — since everything’s either handmade in my free time or printed to order, timing depends on what’s possible.
Q: Why not just keep inventory?
A: Because inventory sounds like work, and this is supposed to be fun. I’d rather spend my time experimenting and creating than managing shelves of shirts. By making everything to order (whether in-house or through trusted printers), every piece feels fresh and intentional.
Q: Is my piece really unique?
A: If it’s handmade — absolutely. No two are ever the same. A splash of dye here, a press there, a “happy accident” everywhere. If it’s printed — the design is mine, and the print is made only when you order. Either way, you’re getting wearable art, not a mass-produced product.
Q: What should I do while I wait?
A: Dream big. Create something. Go for a run. Dance in your kitchen. Post about what you’re working on and tag @drmnbg so I can hype you up while I work on your order.
Q: Can I check in on my order?
A: Absolutely — just shoot me a message. But remember: this brand is built on patience, play, and process. It’s art, not instant noodles.
Closing Note
When you wear DRMN BG, you’re wearing the process: the late-night dye sessions, the experiments that didn’t go to plan (but somehow worked), the trusted printers who help me with certain drops, and the spirit of keeping things fun. Thanks for being part of this journey and letting me create in my own way.
