“Get comfortable being uncomfortable.”

“Get comfortable being uncomfortable.”

I had this thought today during my track workout. I had 2 400s left and was definitely feeling everything I’d done prior to that point. But in that moment I quickly reflected on how none of this was even close to being possible 7 weeks ago when I started on this journey. I hadn’t consciously embraced the discomfort that pushing yourself brings, but today I was thankful that I did and I used that as fuel to finish strong.

When your baseline is minimal movement, any movement feels uncomfortable. But the more you move, the more comfortable you become in uncomfortable moments.
