This challenge is meticulously designed to help you work relentlessly towards your dream for 90 consecutive days, ultimately establishing a solid foundation for lasting success. This comprehensive program incorporates tasks aimed at physical, mental, and personal growth, always keeping a relentless focus on the active pursuit and realization of your dream.

Here are the specific rules for the DRMN BG™ Challenge:

  1. Dream Statement: Clearly articulate your dream or goal, outlining the steps and milestones required to achieve it. Display this written document in a prominent location and review it every morning and evening.
  2. Daily Dream Work: Dedicate a minimum of 60 focused minutes every day to actively work on your dream. Allocate this time to learning new skills, content creation, networking, strategizing, or any other activity that directly contributes to your dream's progress.
  3. Exercise: Participate in at least 45 minutes of daily physical activity, combining both cardiovascular and strength training exercises to improve your overall fitness level and mental resilience.
  4. Nutrition: Adhere to a well-balanced, nutrient-dense diet tailored to your specific needs, fueling your body for sustained energy and optimum health. Eliminate processed foods, refined sugars, and excessive caffeine intake.
  5. Hydration: Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water every day, ensuring proper hydration to support physical and cognitive performance.
  6. Personal Development: Read or listen to at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book or 30 minutes of a podcast/audiobook daily. Select material that fosters personal growth and directly enhances skills related to your dream.
  7. Mindfulness and Gratitude: Dedicate 15 minutes each day to mindfulness practice, such as meditation, reflection, or journaling, to cultivate self-awareness and express gratitude for your opportunities and resources.
  8. Accountability and Networking: Engage with a mentor, accountability partner, or a like-minded community who will provide support, feedback, and encouragement throughout your journey.
  9. Bi-weekly Progress Assessment: Every two weeks, conduct a thorough assessment of your progress, achievements, challenges, and areas needing improvement. Adjust your approach as needed to optimize your growth and development.
  10. Consistency is key: The challenge must be completed in 90 consecutive days without exception. If you miss a day or fail to complete any of the tasks, you must restart the challenge from Day 1.
